No client requires a prescription or doctor's letter to purchase from us.  We assist with your customs clearance papers by supplying correct invoices, declaration and associated paperwork to stream line your import process.  Each country has different laws, customs, duty, taxes and charges that may relate to imports.  Technically you, the client, is registered as the importer.  If you are unsure of any charges or the process for your location, you are best to check with your customs department first, we are unable to give specific information as each country (and sometimes each state or county) is completely different.  We do however, send all our products, all over the globe on a daily basis with no significant issues. The client, you, is responsible for any and all charges and customs related matters or issues. This is how typical import and export arrangements work and is the generally accepted method of international commerce and trade.

warranty & returns

 

No product can be returned to Aculas.com without prior approval. All warranty returns MUST be received back to Aculas.com prior to any replacement being dispatched. Some warranty support is only available directly to/from the manufacturer. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for freight to Aculas.com, and Aculas.com will pay the return freight only if an item is faulty. Return freight is by standard post, express post (if required) for returned items is at the customer's expense. Products found not to be faulty will incur a service charge and return delivery is paid by the customer. Return delivery on items returned for exchange is the customer's responsibility.

 

All deliveries are sent UNINSURED, unless you specifically request insurance for your delivery. Specific insurance quotations are available. Warranty expressly does NOT cover products that are damaged in or during transport. All items are tested immediately prior to dispatch from our store. No responsibility is accepted by Aculas.com for items damaged in transport. We STRONGLY recommend optional delivery insurance to cover damage or loss during transportation. Similarly, smashed or shattered globes are no covered by warranty. Damage in transportation is born by the receiver if they opt for no insurance. As we are already supplying free freight or subsidised freight, we simply can not also supply free insurance as this costs more than the freight in some instances.

 

Lost deliveries must be reported within 7 days past the due date. Outside of 7 days, track and tracing may not be possible on some services. No responsibility is assumed by Aculas.com for lost deliveries. Optional insurance will cover this type of incident and is recommended for expensive or important items. No responsibility for a delivery is accepted once it has left our premises.

 

Under no circumstances is any delivery component refundable.

 

Do not accept a delivery if the package has been damaged in transport. You must notify Aculas.com within 7 days of a product that is "dead on arrival" or DOA. Outside of this time you may need to contact the manufacturer directly for replacement. Items damaged in transport may or may not be replaced at our discretion. If you require insurance against damage during delivery, please optionally insure your order.

 

refunds

 

Refunds when offered are available on select products and specific terms and conditions as mentioned with each individual product. A minimum restocking fee of 15% applies to all refunds.  Delivery chargers are NOT refundable under any circumstances, and the client is responsible for return delivery charges and for insurance on items returned for a refund. Items returned for a refund, if offered on that product, must be returned in "as new" and "perfect condition" and in "full working order" and include "all components" that comprised the original sale, including any "free or bonus items."  Items broken, abused, misused, mistreated, neglected, unclean or otherwise unfit for use, will not be eligible for any refund or part refund.  Although some products are offered with delivery included in the price, the delivery component (our cost of out bound delivery) for that item is explicitly not included in the refund guarantee. For example our courier cost of originally sending your order to you is explicitly not refundable.  Refunds are only available on products listed with a money back guarantee.  Money back guarantees are only available on new sales from 6 April 2006.   90 day refunds are subject to a product being used regularly and in accordance with the supplied instructions.  If after 90 days no noticeable improvement is evidence then you may contact us to arrange a refund immediately. Refunds are available after the initial treatment period of 90 days and should be arranged within the next few days after this time. Refunds are not available prior to the initial 90 day program completion.  Refunds are only available for products purchased directly from this web page at normal prices, refunds are not available on any discounted sale.  Distributors may or may not offer refunds on our product, our refund guarantee is offered to our direct customers only.
